PHNTM One is a Raspberry Pi 5 appliance with a local model, personal memory, document search and tap-to-talk voice. In Private mode it works with the internet unplugged. It can be slower and less capable than a frontier cloud model; a warm local answer typically takes about 15–20 seconds, and the first answer after idle can take longer while the model loads.

Optional Boosted and Autonomous modes cross the device boundary with your own key. The device labels the answer source and shows network activity. You own the hardware, your data and the decision to connect anything.
